COVID-19 Resources

As the world goes through a significant change and settles on a new normal, there are few common sense changes that we all need to make.

Protect others in public spaces Use a disposable tissue to cover your nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing - and importantly, throw that tissue out afterwards. If you don't have a tissue or paper towel handy, turn your head and sneeze into the crook of your elbow. Wash your hands after a sneeze or cough! Try to avoid shaking hands with one another.

Washing your hands Wet your hands with clean, running water (warm or cold), and apply soap. Lather your hands by rubbing them together with the soap. Lather the backs of your hands, between your fingers, and under your nails. Scrub your hands for at least 20 seconds.

Take food safety seriously Please do your part to prevent the spread of germs by always using a utensil (tongs, spoon, or serving fork) to serve yourself or others.

Use a fresh plate if you take a little more food. Use a new cup every time you pour a drink, and do not share cups or eating utensils.

Do not share food by breaking in half with your hands.

Personal Safety Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands. Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe.
